Description
The Project is capable of handling the basics processing steps required to handle networking error tickets. Project makes use of python programming libraries such as netmiko and paramiko to completely automate the error rectification. It handles the most popular and easily resolvable tickets such as the interface issues and makes sure the traffic failsover hence minimizing network downtime. When integrated with the platform it can reduce downtime by 25%.
